Solved Parameters in cloud missing?

Hey, i'm testing 3cx (cloud trial) , but i dont see the parameters page? is this only visible/possible with a local hosted version?

is there a way to access it on cloud version?
can anyone check what the default value is of parameter : ENABLEEARLYMEDIA

Hi @NoFate,

You're correct, certain options within the settings are disabled in 3CX Hosted instances, these include options that would undermine the security of the hosting machine. You will find the options in self hosted or cloud installations (not 3CX Hosted).

Access to parameters within 3CX Hosted access is removed and cannot be changed.

I'll move this request to the Hosting Team forum as you'd like to have them delete the hosted instance so that you can reinstall on a local PBX.

By default the value is set to 1.
