I have 5 locations however each location needs to have their own separate parking lots

Each office needs 10 spots. How does one place a call into the parking lot for that location only so now other location picks that one up?

If that cant happen then what would i need to actually do here? This cant be the first time someone requests something similar

@greatchoice Under Settings > Dial Code is the dial codes for things like parking and un-parking calls. For more information, read this article Call Parking with 3CX

That does not answer how i can get all the offices on their own parking. When someone wants to park they should be able to hit a button to park it in their slots.

It sounds as if you want to use Shared Parking, and limit each location to using a certain range of parking spots .

Yes you got that correct!

Then you would assign the rooms, for that location, to BLF keys, or you would instruct people to use only certain parking spots.

You have done this plenty perhaps. Is there documentation or how do you assign the rooms? Or is it as simple as assigning the shared parking BLF key and then telling them to park to an open BLF?

Hi,

You have 5 locations x 10 shared parking slots = 50 BLFs

You need phones that can show 50 BLFs simultaneously (or phones with BLF side cars)

If I know my office SP is 0 to 9 and your office is 10 to 19 then I can send you a call by parking it in any free slot from 10 to 19.

BLFs can be assigned for each extension easily from your management console, and then you need to reprovision the phones to receive the changes:
