I read that this was an error fixed in a new release but now it is back.

the version is 15.5.15502 and we are facing issues with delayed calling.

Hi Dutchy,

Delayed calling could be caused by a number of things, one of them may be DNS resolution of the registrar or perhaps the primary route is not responding and the PBX will wait 32 seconds to try the next route.

If the issues are related to 15.5 though, there will be no further updates since it has reached end of life.
We would highly recommend you upgrade to V16 as soon as possible.

Note: the parse exception is not related, it is generated because the provider is sending MWI on the trunk and we do not support that.
