I've configured a patton SN4552 as voip gateway for the 3cx server. Everything works. The IVR answer after 0 second and play the mesage, the problem is if the person who called drop the call the IVR still works and executes the step I planned on the time out action. It seems it doesn't recognise that the call is dropped and I don't know if I've to change the Patton configuration or the 3cx configuration.

Thanks

Dont own a patton, but a Linksys SPA3102, since they are both Voice Gateways my guess is that you have to set the right disconnection tone for your line(i had to do this) check this site http://www.3amsystems.com/wireline/tone-search.htm and see if it helps you in anyway.

Cheers

Hi

try an add the following line to the interface section

early disconnect example :

interface sip sipif2
bind gateway sipgw2
service default
route call dest-service huntgrp0
##early disconnect##
remote-party-id called-party
address-translation outgoing-call request-uri user-part fix 10002 host-part to-header target-param none
address-translation incoming-call called-e164 request-uri
