Hi,
Tonight I did a windows V18.0.1.234 pbx upgrade and now everything has ended in V18 without any problem during reinstall, I get the PBX stuck with no more phones, no registred extensions, 2/3 trunks registred.
What i did, copied v18 exe in documents folder, copied last zip backup file from v16.8.9 , then from control panel , deleted v16, reboot after deletion, then install V18 with copied file from HDD, then ask for restore using my backup.
after the first failure upgrade, I did a second try with same complete reinstall ending with same problem.

So now I've no more V16 exe file to try to do a step back and restart customer PBX.

yes all green
Now I'm trying V16 with restore and see what happens

Well step back to v16 is worse, no more key activated, 265 updates and no more phones too , hope bmy backup is not corrupted

I'm retrying in V18 with new 3CX DL v18 exe file and another backup file, fingers crossed

Result seems exactly the same
services are up and running

I found my mistake , the SIP port isn't 5060 on this pbx , and during reinstall i missed during all my tries to switch 5060 to the port set :(

now residual problem is with GXP1625 phone missing like too often with GS phone

Hi @aws2p

The GPX1625 is slow to provision and react.

Please reset only one GXP1625, and reprovision it. Allow it up to 5 minutes to complete its task.

It should then register and appear under Phones section.

If it is ok, then you can do the rest of the GXP1625 too.

Do a restart and wait 5 minutes at least (it will automatically try to reprovision and maybe succeed).

Then if it fails to register, do a factory reset, then fresh provisioning, and wait 5 minutes to see the registration.

Please also check the IP Blacklist to make sure no phones were blocked.

Hi John,
Thanks for help
Done , the GXP1625 came back alive after a power off only
