Phone directory on the 3cx v12

Hello everyone,

I've a big problem. We updated the 3cx version yesterday to the 12 one and now I can't sync the new phone directory.
I really need to have a directory in my enterprise and now I can't :s.

My phone model is the Polycom SIP 330. If you have suggestions don't hesitate !

Assuming you are using a custom template of some sort...
Did you update the phone directory location on the phones to include the new subfolder for the provisioning?

Should look similar:
http://%%pbx_ip%%:%%pbx_http_port%%/provisioning/%%PROVSUBDIR%%/PhonebookName.xml

(I do not know the name of the Polycom phonebook off the top of my head or if 3cx even creates one.)

if you didn't reprovision the phones yet, it wouldn't find the new location of all of your config files including the addressbooks.
