Solved phones not showing after last update

HI,

We have a couple of 3CX linux systems running on different servers in the cloud. After upgrading all of the to 16.0.6.641 the "phones' tab is empty on all of them. Phones are registering correctly and working, just not showing. Nothing changed but the last 3cx update. We have a combination of SBC on premises, phones and all. All phones (snom, yea links) running latest firmware and provisioned by the 3cx. As this happening in a. could of system the last update is the only explanation. All are working fine, just no phones showing even after reboots, etc.

Any ideas?

Clear your cache/try a different browser?

Hi @beta2

Open an incognito Window in Chrome, and log in.

If you see them there, then go back to your normal Chrome tab and empty your cache.

Manually logging out and then back in should also help in some cases.

Interesting. I had not tried another browser as every other page was working fine. But thanks to both. I can confirm that for whatever reason the "phones" windows is empty on Safari running on OS 10.15.6
but using Chrome all is fine. Thanks
