I'm using the 3CX call control API to integrate 3CX with our CRM. I managed to connect successfully and can perform a makeCall or dropCall command. However I'm having a hard time to pick up an incoming call.
In my test scenario I'm dialing a number which is connected to extension 12. The 3CX client is ringing. On the API I can see the call event, which is in status "Ringing". In order to pickup extension 12 in my CRM I now do the following:
PhoneSystem.Root.PickupCall("12","12")
Unfortunately this line doesn't seem to have any effect at all. The call is still ringing.
How do I properly pickup a call? Are there any example snippets out there? (Unfortunately the downloadable samples don't include a pickup example)
