pickup an active call on a "digital receptionist"

Hello together!

we want to provide the following feature to a customer:
During the call is connected with a digital receptionist, this call should be shown on the blf. (no problem).

In the enhanced softphone surface, you can then pick up this active call with a right-mouse click.

How can i make this process on the blf of a Phone (yealink).

We already tried this with *20* star code..but this only works with a ringing call, not with an active call.
We need this feature after a call is connected (in a digital receptionist).

Hi there,

Please note that in order to pickup the call when it has already gone to the digital receptionist you will have to use the 3CX Phone for Windows and not the hardphones.
