Pipedrive integration with Recording links

Has anyone been able to do a PipeDrive CRM integration with links to call recordings ?

I can't seem to find anything that suggests it's possible.

Also, wondering why 3CX does not provide the Pipedrive integration in built-in templates ?

2. PipeDrive: As you might expect, there are thousands of CRM applications in use throughout the world. It is simply impossible to build and support integrations for all of them. As a result, 3CX has to choose which integrations to pursue based on the number of customer (partner) requests and the popularity of the CRM.

There seems to be a common misconception about the complexity of building integrations with CRM applications. Remember, in addition to 3CX making changes to their platform on a regular basis, the CRM manufacturers also regularly make changes to their platforms. These changes frequently require updates to the 3CX integrations, and as such requires 3CX to maintain expertise in the CRM APIs, and a test environment for each CRM they support. That is expensive, and time consuming, and is on-going forever. That is a very big commitment on the part of 3CX. This is not a one-time effort to build these integrations. It requires on-going development.
