Play File to Ring Group

We had the Ministry/Department of Labor show up and inform us that we need to have emergency procedures in place that include the ability to announce over our PA system and all phones. Fair enough... I have a Ring Group set up that includes all extensions (Yealink Phones) as well as our snom PA-1 adapter. However, the next hurdle is that they want a recording to play over the PA and office phones when an extension is dialed. Well I have the group extension number but can't see a way to have it play a WAV file rather than just page. I am also able to create a SIP account on the PA-1 that can play a custom ring tone but then my office phones aren't included. Paging from a shop floor isn't going to work because it will just cause all kinds of feedback.

Is there any way I can accomplish this? We're on 3CX v16.2 Standard.

I would suggest to post in the CFD section, maybe there is a way to accomplish what you want using the Call Flow Designer.

Never used it... looks like its not available under our license.
No worries, I think we just need to add a couple speakers to the PA system to cover the offices.
