Is there a way to configure the voicemail to play the oldest message first? I have a client that would prefer to hear the oldest first.
Which would be awesome if they had a computer to do that with. Unfortunately not everyone has the same work environment you do.Yes!
you tell them to log in to the webclient and they can play them in any which way they like.
Ok, simple question because I am curious: why do they work with a deskphone but no computer? What's the job they're doing?Which would be awesome if they had a computer to do that with. Unfortunately not everyone has the same work environment you do.
This phone is located at a nurses station in a medical office. Why is there no PC there? I honestly have no idea, but these are the parameters I was given to work with.Ok, simple question because I am curious: why do they work with a deskphone but no computer? What's the job they're doing?
99% of jobs require a PC today.
I would try to explain that to the customer if they really want to play oldest first, then make them aware that they need a PC and the webclient. However, the Webclient brings more than just the voicemails! This phone is located at a nurses station in a medical office. Why is there no PC there? We are hoping they will hire an actual receptionist some time soon. We have explained the options they have for this and are hoping they realize that if they have this many voicemails backing up and it is causing them to receive poor customer service reviews, that creating a job for this could actually help them.I would try to explain that to the customer if they really want to play oldest first, then make them aware that they need a PC and the webclient. I wish you the best on that! Some companies don't understand what a poor service can do to their business. I hope they do!We are hoping they will hire an actual receptionist some time soon.
