Solved Play on phone does nothing within webclient after upgrade to v20

Good day

When logged into webclient to play voicemail play on phone does nothing. Where in v18 it will ring in the browser. Is this intended or bug?

Play on phone will play on the phone not on the webclient. To play the vm on the webclient just press play.

You need to enable notifications for any incoming calls to work, including this.

Click the bell icon on the top left of your screen please.
