Playback prompts not running after a "Web Interaction"

Inside a Conditional I have a Web Interaction followed by two Prompt Playbacks, then a Transfer. The web intercation works, and the Transfer works but the two prompt playbacks are skipped? I have checked the playback components and they both are valid.

I have also moved one of the promptplaybacks to be above the web Interaction and it still does not play.

The OTHER part of the condition has ONLY a promptplayback and that does work!?

You need to set the AllowBargeIn property to false for the last prompt playback component, before the transfer component. This article explains why:
