Polycom VX 411 - Line unregistered

I am trying to provsion some Polycom VX411 - they pull down the 3CX logo but i get a message line unregistered. I followed this guide https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/polycom-vvx/

Azure hosted server
Polycom VX411
STUN
Voiceflex
Firewall pass
Standard template.

I have factory reset, upgraded firmware and updated the provisioning URL from the web gui - set this to HTTPS.

Rebooted the phone, background changes to 3CX backround but the line says it is unregistered. Checked the setting in web ui and can see it have pulled down the display name etc. But cannot call or use the phone as line unregistered. When pressing the line key on the handset it say URL calling disabled.

I would recommend to use a 3CX SBC, especially if you have more than one phone at that location.

Alternatively, you can stay on STUN but you need to make sure all these requirements are met.
Without that, STUN can be very flaky (no registration, no incoming calls, one way audio (or no audio, or crosstalk).

I have had to put a temporary SBC in place. We will return to the site with a permanent one. Is there any easy way to swap the SBC over with little downtime for the customer?

Yes, you can setup the 2nd SBC using the same info you used for the 1st one.

The trick is to use the same LAN IP on the new SBC, that the old SBC had.

This way the phones will not need provisioning - they will just start working shortly after the new SBC comes up.
