Hi,
I'm looking to implement 3CX in a call center to replace an IPECs phone system.

Our operators currently select a flex button on their phone and depending on the button the outbound call uses a selected outbound 'DID' which is then overstamped by our provider. (Not the standard preselected handset DID) (IPECs terminology - MSN Table/Flexible DID/Called Telephone Number)

This allows us to show the person receiving the call a specific phone number - in our case we are presenting a local number for the customer not the head office number. This then also allows the customer to return the call and it comes into the correct incoming Queue.

Hi Timau,

Have a look at the suggestions in this post here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/change-outbound-caller-id-with-a-code.52829/

The other option is to speak to an integration partner like VoIP Tools about this, they have an app which deals with changing your Call-ID on the fly: https://www.voiptools.com/product/3cx-caller-id-new/

The reason I mention this is because as standard (as with the post) you will probably struggle with getting the call id to change with a button being pressed so may need outside help.
