Possible to dial an extensions voicemail direct?

Hi,

WE have provided our Receptionists with live presence data from our HR system so they can see if someone is out to lunch.

Is it possible for a receptionist to drop a call directly into a voicemail? We used to be able to do this on Avaya by dialling #extn would not ring the phone but go direct to voicemail.

Dial *4 + <extesion> + # and it will send directly to voicemail. A hot key option is also in the works...
