Pre-purchasing Maintenance...is it possible?

I work for an educational institution which is required to bid out purchases. Rather than earmarking funds for the next 5-6 years, I'd rather go ahead and purchase a perpetual license and simultaneously 4 or 5 subsequent years of maintenance. Is this possible on either the annual or perpetual models?

For example, I purchase 3CX and 5 years of maintenance on 07/01/19 with funds I have available now and 3CX shows my license expires on 6/31/2024.

Can you give some more details. Is this supported by 3CX or just something I'd have to work out with the reseller?
