Hi, new to 3CX here. This has been asked and answered in many other varieties, but reformatting the Inbound Caller ID of a DID is giving some difficulty. For organization reasons, I need to reformat received Caller IDs from a format like 9543543040 to prepend +1, as +19543543040. Without the +1, incoming calls are unidentified.
Due to unrelated requirements, the SIP provider is not a 3CX registered SIP Trunk provider.
I have played around with a few different Replace Patterns, but nothing seems to be sticking. I'm not totally certain if the Inbound parameters are not part of the problem. Both have been attached.
I have already reviewed https://www.3cx.com/docs/cid-reformatting/ and while the examples were helpful, they did not help in troubleshooting this exact scenario.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
