Solved Problem with viewer wallborad 3cx version 15.5

Hi Team,
I have problem with view wallboard in the user.

The user is manager queues = It`s OK
My console instalation version is = STANDARD ANNUAL 15.5.20000.6

Before it worked well, today it doesn't work anymore

What could be gentlemen?.

Just to better understand what's happening, what do you mean it doesn't work any more? Can the user no longer get the wallboard? Are you getting an error? Could you please provide a screenshot showing what the issue is?

Exist two user as manager in the queue of the example in file, but not this available to user in the softphone client. See pictures please.

That's because the apps get updated but not your system apparently.

You're on v15.5 still.

Our licence its ok to running wallboard? Or need upgrade too?

You are using Standard. Which means that if you updated when v16 released, you would've been upgraded to Pro to keep your features. That promo is long gone now.

You will have to upgrade to v16, then v18, then upgrade your Std license to Pro to keep the call queues.

Then, the apps will be more updated as well and everything will work correctly.

V15.5 is EOL for almost 2.5 years.
