problem with WAV files for auto-attendent

Hi All.

When we record an auto attendent message we do it on our local PC and save in a WAV format.

When we play it back locally it sounds fine but when we copy it to the 3cx system and it is played over the phone (i.e. as an incomming call) all the 's's seem to hiss

Does anyone know how to stop this from happening or why its happening?

Please make sure that the audio file is in the supported format:

8000 Hz
16-bit
Mono
PCM-encoding
WAV format
