Hello, We're on V14 3cx, using Grandstream GXP2160 phones. To park a call, at current you have to press ;

Manually;
Transfer *00 BLNDTransfer ---- Parked to global extension 0

Through the BLF, for Shared Park extension 0

Using the BLF;
Press line 2, to place line 1 on hold, then BLF -- Shared Park 0, then transfer, then the line to be parked.

Is there anyway to program this into a BLF to simply, park the call I am on to Shared Park 0, through pressing the BLF key.

Hello @Ben P

On grandstream phones once you are on a call you need to press transfer and the BLF button and the call will be parked.
Haven't found a way to park it with one button i am afraid

Hello Yiannish,

From what we've seen the only way to transfer to park is to put a call on hold, then select the BLF, then hit transfer, then select the call that was placed on hold.

If we do it in the order you stated, which makes more sense to me. We get a 404 not found error.

We're on V14 3cx...also.

ok good to know the version you are on. I tested on V15. I will have to test in on V14 and get back to you i am afraid

To park a call by just clicking the park key make sure you have this dial plan first {x+|\S\Px|\S\Pxx|\+x+|*x+|*xx*x+}

Second on the template there is the following value:
<parkextension>
<value>1</value>

Change that value to 9 which mean call park.
1 mean Busy Lamp Field.
