Hi

The log here shows the invite, did you also see the reply or reason for the call ending?

Hi

tks for reply. no, it's the problem, on my log i don't see error.... very strange

Ok, you can run a capture on your pbx, and call your DID.

After the call drops, end the capture and take a look with WireShark under Telephony VoIP calls.

You should be able to clearly see the messages exchanged at that point.

Error with wireshark is rejected invite 407

407 is Proxy Authentication Required . It sounds as if a setting in your trunk settings is not to your providers liking and the Invite is simply being rejected.

Do you see any further attempt?

Usually 407 is the normal way the provider would say "please authenticate so I know it's you" and then your PBX would reply back with a new invite and authentication credentials, You need to see the next message after this in order to troubleshoot further.

tks for reply. how i can see next message ?

How does the PBX connect to the trunk provider?

Do you have two NICs, one for internet and one going to a SIP-Access modem?

do they provide you with one box for internet and one for trunk access?

I only see private IPs in your screenshots

Hello.

The PBx have dedicated nic connected to gateway (hardware).

Some more info please:

  1. What type of gateway is this and how was the trunk set up in the management console?
  2. What is the IP belongs to who? (I see 10.102.47.82 and 10.102.249.23)

  1. What type of gateway is this and how was the trunk set up in the management console?
    1. It's Hardware gateway connected to dedicated switch. Switch connected to Nic on 3cx
    2. On 3cx it's on generic Gateway, ip based auth and DID
  2. What is the IP belongs to who? (I see 10.102.47.82 and 10.102.249.23)
    1. 10.102.47.82 is nic from 3cx server
    2. 10.102.249.23 is hardware gateway

Here we see what appears to be an incoming call from your gateway to 3CX

If 3CX is challenging the incoming call because it is likely facing identification issues.

Are there other trunks defined or just this one?

Only this one

Ok start with using just one DID on the system, and try to call it. Do not enable Call Source Identification yet. Lets see if you can at least receive calls on a single DID

hello

we have the same error. i have only 1 did and enable source identification

Call Source Identification is more strict and will not "catch-all" incoming calls

Could you try after disabling it?

ok. so it's the same :'(
