When creating new extensions, the 3CX App network settings, the local IP of our Azure box is shown, e.g. 10.0.0.4, and not the FQDN company.3cx.co.uk, how do I change this to always default preset the domain for 3CX App 'phones'. Our physical desk phones use an SBC. Google is giving a clear answer on this occasion! Any assistance much appreciated.
Whilst investigating, I also search settings > parameters to see what else is configured with this local 10.0.0.4 IP, seems quite a few things:
CMEXTERNALINTERFACE
DEFAULTLOCALIP
MSEXTERNALINTERFACE
SIPDOMAIN2
WEB_ROOT_LOCAL
WEB_ROOT_LOCAL_SEC
MYPHONE_LINK_LOCAL
MYPHONE_LINK_LOCAL_SEC
REPORTER_LINK_LOCAL
REPORTER_LINK_LOCAL_SEC
PROVISIONING_LINK_LOCAL
PROVISIONING_LINK_LOCAL_SEC
MANAGEMENT_LINK_LOCAL
MANAGEMENT_LINK_LOCAL_SEC
Should these not be a public accessible route? We migrated from on-premises to Azure last year via export/restore config so possibly a hangover from this.
