Provisioning used polycom 501

FINALLY!!!

I got it to boot correctly. Now I just have to enter my extension settings.

My email is 5qg4 (at) ccx.ath.cx

Please email following information for me.

1. Extension number and extension's password
2. 3CX BOX IP
3. FTP server IP
4. FTP ID and Password for the Phones
5. Polycom Phone's MAC address ( I got it at your FTP log)

Referred to your FTP server log. There is not found bootrom.ld and 0004f211461d.cfg

Please make sure that the root directory must contains bootrom.ld, sip.ld, sip.ver, sip.cfg, 0004f211461d.cfg and phone-0004f211461d.cfg

Without the above informations I cannot create following files for you:
sip.cfg
0004f211461d.cfg
phone-0004f211461d.cfg
