Has anyone done any custom integration, like open any browser with custom url?
We like the customer calling, to enter they service id, and then 3cx opens default browser with some url containing that service id.

In order to do that you need to split the solution in different parts:
1) You need a CFD app to ask for the service id to the caller. Then this app needs to save this information somewhere, for example in a database.
2) You need to create a 3CXPhone plugin. Here you will receive the caller ID, then you use that to lookup the service id from the database. Finally you open the browser in the agent machine with the URL you need.
