Push Notifications Log

Hello,
Using our own account for android notifications. How can I view a log of push messages sent to devices?

Trying to troubleshoot android phones that don't stop ringing when you answer on a desktop and just wanting to confirm if push messages to cancel are being sent.

You have to wait for the new android client, to stop ringing if the call is answered somewhere else

Sounds like a Google question, or at least you are more likely to find logs for push on the GCP portal

Google provides analytics in the Firebase Console. There is no PUSH-specific log on the PBX, the event appear in the 3CX System Service Log

I'll watch the logs and see what happens.

cobatit - I agree, but couldn't find them and was hoping for help here. I'll reach out to Google if the logs that John posted don't help resolve this.

The PBX log will tell you what the machine attempted to send to Google.

Google will hopefully tell you if it was delivered or if it expired before delivery.

Also, please keep in mind that Update 3 and the new mobile apps will address the problem you face that happens under some scenarios
