I've deployed the PWA Client to my Citrix environment. Some Agents will be expected to monitor different Queues with the PANEL tab, and all staff will have IP Deskphones registered to their extensions. An important part of the Panel view is the listing of different agents' Answered and Abandoned calls. Even with the Ringer Off and the IP Phone set as the primary device, any incoming or placed calls trigger the Dialer to slide in and cover up part of the Agents list.
This isn't an issue with the full Desktop App since the Panel pops out a separate window. We're unable to deploy the Desktop app in our environment at this time due to it's dependency on the MS Store.
Is there a way to suppress the dialer from opening in the PWA app when a new call is received? The viewing agents need to remain logged into the queue, but it isn't necessary that calls can be answered through the PWA app (they won't be).
Alternatively, it would be nice if the individual Queue views could be popped out like the All Calls, Receptionist, and Queue Calls panel views can be currently.
