Hello,
We have a customer using PWA in a terminal Server environment on 3CX Hosted V20 update 9. It worked correctly for about 1,5 years now and since last week it is not working anymore. At first they saw "Disconnected. Reconnecting in x sec" at the bottom of the screen, and this kept reconnecting. Now they only see a black screen (like it is trying to load the page, see attached file).
Anyone has any idea what could cause this? If i connect at our office on that 3CX system on my own system (no terminal server) it works correctly. There are no blacklisted IP addresses in the 3CX.

I can see that you opened a ticket for this, and we will respond to you and check there.

If you run a traffic sniffer on the terminal server, you should see the PWA trying to connect after starting it up. That should already give you some hints as to what might be happening.

Have you introduced any restrictions?

what browser are you using?

No restrictions in the 3CX. We are not the IT partner of the customer, so i do not know if in the Terminal Server environment are any restrictions.
They use Chrome.

You'll need cooperation from whoever is managing the TS. You're squarely in the "need to sniff traffic on the TS machine" stage.

One thing you could do is spin up a VM with TS on it, deploy the PWA to it, and prove it works from your VM...
