Solved Question Regarding Live Chat

Hello,

I am trying to set up a live chat on my website following this guide:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/live-chat/#h.udtzuaxaita8

However, I'm already at a loss with step 1, in the guide it said to go to the admin panel > Voice & chat > add live chat
but the admin panel is nonexistent, I would appreciate it if you could guide me step by step on how to implement a live chat.

Nevermind, I found the wix guide and am following it now, but the HTML code provided doesn't seem to work. The button on my website is either greyed out or doesn't appear at all

Hello Rayan.
To use livechat with WIX web-site, you should specify different web-site address in livechat form.
If your web-site address is like https://URL.wixsite.com, you should specify
https://URL-wixsite-com.filesusr.com instead of web-site actual address.

Thank you for the assist, the live chat works fine now but call feature isn't working, when I click on call it automatically stops it immediately

Upon further inspection, I see that it instructs me to enable microphone access on my browser and it doesn't prompt me to give permission to use the microphone. I also tried manually enabling mic permissions but it still says the same thing.
