We have a few clients who wants different mailbox prompts for during the day (destination no answer) and also out of hours. they want this to go to a single mailbox. Our workaround is 2 mailboxes or an IVR to then route to a mailbox with no prompt however the below would be a useful addition if possible
The issue we have is that we have to send it to an IVR to give the "destination no answer" prompt, as if we set a prompt on the mail box this also plays after the out of hours prompt.
It would be helpful if we could add a custom prompt when a mailbox is selected for destination no answer. like the below shows under the when office is "closed", "busy", "on holiday" options.
