I have this workflow with the users and queues listed in the config:
User 1, User 2, Queue 1, Queue 2, DID 1
Workflow: DID 1 goes to Queue 1 (User 1 is the only member). After 2 minutes with no answer, Queue 1 forwards to Queue 2 (members: User 1 and User 2; ring-all).
If User 1 disconnects from queues, the first queue transfers directly to Queue 2 because no one is logged in. But User 2 doesn’t ring in Queue 2 (checked: logged in to the queue — OK). If we reconnect User 1, after 2 minutes both users in Queue 2 will ring.
I set this up to allow interception when User 2 has too much work, while still answering if User 1 is also overloaded.
Does anyone know what the issue is and how to solve it permanently?
For now, if User 1 is disconnected, I need to remove User 2 from Queue 2 and re-add them; that fixes the issue.
