Queue Intro Prompt

Hi

We have an installtion where a DID rings straight to a queue with an intro prompt.
The intro prompt plays OK but so does the MOH at the same same, so they play over the top of each other..

Is this normal? I would expect the Announcemenmt to play on it's own first.

Hi Dave,

This is the default designed behavior

-lower volume of MOH
-play message
-resume MOH normal volume
