Solved QUEUE Ring Time (seconds) and RING ALL pooling strategy. How this works?

How the ring time works when the pooling strategy is ring all agents on queue?

Thanks but I´m asking about the relation between the ring time and RING ALL only.

There actually is no real difference. Since you're using the "Ring all" strategy all available agents will be polled and will ring for the ring time duration and once that time passes, they will simply all be polled and will ring again.
