Hello,

We have this problem with a new 3cx installation: the queue stops working after a while.

In Dashboard - System Extensions, we find it in state "unregistered"; but what does this mean for a system extension?

Then after restarting the service "Queue Manager", it works again for some time.

3cx is installed on a Debian 9 VM, on Vmware ESX. The vmware guest additions are installed.

In the 3cx log, I have this event:
SIP Server/Call Manager ID: 4101
Extension 8001 is unregistered, removed contact: sip:[email protected]:5488;rinstance=02d553f577b042ed

On Linux logs, I couldnt find anything abnormal, except the entries when the queue is restarted, which to me suggest that the service is not responding to the normal stop signal:

Mar 7 14:25:52 3cx systemd[1]: Stopping 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Queue Manager Server...
Mar 7 14:26:07 3cx systemd[1]: 3CXQueueManager01.service: State 'stop-sigterm' timed out. Killing.
Mar 7 14:26:07 3cx systemd[1]: 3CXQueueManager01.service: Killing process 28646 (TcxQMsrv) with signal SIGKILL.
Mar 7 14:26:07 3cx systemd[1]: 3CXQueueManager01.service: Main process exited, code=killed, status=9/KILL
Mar 7 14:26:07 3cx systemd[1]: Stopped 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Queue Manager Server.
Mar 7 14:26:07 3cx systemd[1]: 3CXQueueManager01.service: Unit entered failed state.
Mar 7 14:26:07 3cx systemd[1]: 3CXQueueManager01.service: Failed with result 'timeout'.
Mar 7 14:26:07 3cx systemd[1]: Starting 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Queue Manager Server...
Mar 7 14:26:10 3cx systemd[1]: Started 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Queue Manager Server.

Thank you.
