Would it be possible to implement, as is available in many other PBX systems such as Yeastar, FreePBX, Avaya, etc., the ability to keep calls waiting in a queue even when no agents are logged into that queue?
This situation often occurs with customers handling a high volume of calls per minute. They may prefer to log out of one queue, leaving it temporarily without any available agents, and focus on handling calls from another queue instead.
Through a dashboard, they could then monitor the calls waiting in the queue that currently has no agents assigned and decide whether it is necessary to log back into that queue and start answering those calls.
