Hello. I use OVH's lowest tier VPS for my 3CX installations (1vcpu, 2gb RAM, 20GB storage, Montreal data center). They range in size from 4-20 extensions. Nothing big.
Everything has been fine for 2-3 years. No call quality issues. They had a short outage a couple months ago and ever since then I've had clients calling to tell me that they're having call quality issues. Echoing, jittering, dropped calls, etc. Both between internal extensions and with outside/external calls.
I have one client in particular that has ideal conditions. Fiber internet, very low network traffic within their network. Raspberry Pi 4 2GB as the SBC. SBC shows very low resource usage. They're having the most issues. Less than 20 extensions.
I don't know where else to look other than OVH. The VPS is showing everything is normal as far as CPU and RAM usage. I just upgraded the most problematic instance to the next tier just to see if that's the issue, but I literally just did that, so I'll report back if that improves anything.
Is anyone else hosting at OVH and noticing issues lately? I'm at the point where I think I'm going to backup and restore one instance to see if the issues go away with a different host.
