Hi support,

A client of ours mentioned that before the iOS 16.7.4 update, when a call was incoming to their 3CX system, the Contact's name would display on the client's 3CX app. Since the update, the Contact's name doesn't display anymore and just shows the incoming call's number.

Details:
iOS 16.7.4
3CX app Version 20.0.0.721
3CX System 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1494)

What we have tried:
- Checked 3CX app > Contacts > all contacts are still there from before. When a Contact from this list is called, they still show as a number and doesn't display the Contact's name.
- iPhone Contacts > Checked Contacts list reflects Contacts shown in 3CX app > Contacts.
- iPhone settings > 3CX > Contacts > Turned slider off and on again.
- iPhone Settings > Mail > Accounts > user's email account > Contacts is turned on.

Not too sure where to go from here.

@Twiddy We'll check tomorrow, but until then please tell us:
- the incoming call is a normal call or queue call?
- do you see below the number "3CX audio call"?
- the contact you're mentioning is a device contact, PBX Company, PBX Personal or PBX CRM contact?
- if on the client dialer you type that number (without calling), it appears also the name you expect?
- if you have the device unlocked and 3CX client in foreground, when the call is incoming you see the name on both display and on top notification?

Thank you for this Vali, just heard our client bought an iPhone 15 and it seems to be working now on that device.
