nickybrg said:tmyklebust / terje -- How can you forward a call to an unregistered phone and have this unregistered phone forward the call to your mobile after 10 sec?
1) in the phone unregistered tab there is no time specified in the interface to forward a call after a timeout.
2) Wouldnt you get the same results if you just forward to an outside number directly?
I forwarded DR to unreg extension and forwards to outside number. It works.
---
As for Kate - see if this is the scenario - Dr - press 3 to forward to ext 111. 111 rings for 20 sec for example and if no answer forwards to outside number. This works.
First try and make a call to the outside number directly without DR. See if you get through.

Not all of the configuration I have is meant to be the optimal solution, I'm just using it to easier explain what is happening. I'm trying to keep hunt groups etc out of the picture for now, because it doesn't work with that either.
I'm only using VOIP lines. There are two incoming lines that are directed to the internal exension 200. One of these lines is also used for outgoing calls from 200 and the other one is used for outgoing calls for extension 100.
Extension 200 is forwarded to my cell phone after 10 seconds. When I call extension 200 from the internal extension 100 everything works fine - the call is transferred to my cell phone after 10 seconds. (The only strange thing here, is that the outbound rule applied to this forward call is the one configured for extension 100. I would think that if extension 200 is forwarding a call, it should use that extension number when it is matching "call from extension" in the outbound rule.)
When I call from an outside number (to one of my to lines - doesn't matter which one), I just get a "(6): Attempt to reach [sip:200@xxx:5060] failed. Reason: No Answer" followed by a "call terminated" when the transfer is supposed to happen.
I'm hoping it is just me that is doing something wrong, but I have tried everything I can think of to get this work.
