Recommendations for a Mini Debian PC for a SBC

Any suggestions for a low priced Debian mini PC to use as a Session Border Controller, its for 40 extensions (I know we can use multiple Raspberry Pi's but it's on the limit for 2 and I don't really want to have to put 3 in).

Intel NUC or something like that - I believe Wintel do one also.

You can spec it up as to the PBX hardware requirement spreadsheet. 40 extensions = upto 64 SC:

I agree also, despite being "supported" by 3CX I don't like the thought of multiple SBC's.

So I'm looking at the Intel NUC5CPYH Celeron N3050 NUC Kit which comes with 8Mb ram but I can't see any internal storage, it does have an SDXC card slot, could I use a 32Gb SD card as the internal storage? I could fit a cheap external 2.5" HDD but it seems overkill.
The alternative for similar money is the Intel NUC6C Celeron J3455 which is a similar speed, it only has 2Mb ram but it does have an internal 32Gb eMMC card to use as storage.

Technically speaking you should not have an issue with either however for a heavy usage PBX i would not recommend an SD card. Beyond that the decision is yours.

Given the recent, rapid decline in the cost of SSDs, you could put in a 120Gb for about the cost of an SD of the half the size. If you look around they go for about $25 US.

After digging into the specs of the Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC5CPYH I discovered the same and came to the same conclusion as well, one has been ordered and a 2.5" HDD.
