Our phonesystem is still giving us an issue every 2 weeks or so.
Problem:
People that dial in will keep hearing a ring tone instead of being routed to the digital receptionist, only after a lot of rebooting router, modem, server and patience it works again.
On the 3CX log; it shows that the signal is received but NO RTP packets can be received.
Scenario:
I believe it is related to the firewall of our router which is a DLINK DIR-615 fireware: 2.25 within the FIREWALL SETTINGS -> NAT ENDPOINT FILTERING
these settings are a little complicated and seem to mess up incoming traffic.
Is there a recommended router for 3CX that is rock solid with incoming requests
