Hi Everyone,

With our legacy Cisco environment, we supported physical phones at home by terminating them against the typically overly complex Cisco MRA solution.

Now that we are migrating to 3CX, I would like to know how folks support remote users with Yealink T27G phones? I cannot use the Raspberry pi route. So I assume I have to build an OpenVPN server and terminate the physical phones against that .....correct?

We have a Fortigate Firewall and I'm wondering if anyone has managed to terminate Yealink phones against their FortiGate?

Thanks,

Amir

Alternatively, people can use the 3CX Mobile app for iOS and Android or use the web client /desktop client with a headset.

That would be ideal. Unfortunately, we have a lot of older staff and using a Unified Communications Client ( soft phone) is not an option for them.

Honnestly Amir, for home use, go for 3CX APP on Android or IOS device or webclient on computer, forget deskphones at home

what you need to do with STUN ,good luck if you have lots of users

You'd probably get away with having 1 STUN device per site.

Dont forget to enable "PBX Delivers Audio" under extension settings.
