Solved Replacement of a extension on a registered dect phone (W59R) using W90DM/W90B antenna provisionned by 3CX

Hello Everyone,

We have actually some 0XXX extensions used with multi-cell dect phones and we would like to replace them by 9XXX extensions. My question is : if we change on FXS/DECT 3CX Web admin interface for exemple the extension 0360 by the extension 9360 and then force a provisonnig on the W90DM Web interface, does the extension change automatically from 0360 to 9360 on the W59R without having to register manually the handset again ?

Hi,

Yes that is correct. Simply edit the FXS/DECT page of the W90 and then reprovision (or restart) the DM base.

It will automatically update Handset 1, Handset 2 etc to use the new extensions.
