3CX Chat is a very useful instant messaging platform, especially as more and more integrations are added however it does fall down on chat functionality when compared with the major competitor - Teams (and WhatsApp) which makes it difficult to encourage users to switch to this as their primary platform.
It would be very useful to be able to 'reply' to specific chat messages, particularly when there are a number of different threads/questions within a single chat. We use this a lot on the WhatsApp and Teams Platforms
Other very useful functions on Teams and WhatsApp are the ability to Edit, Delete or react to chat messages.
It would be great if the 3CX Chat platform could be enhanced to include these features
