Hi All,
A 3CX Pro system, running in Azure. Latest version.
Client with 100+ users (not all groups shown in this report). Spread across 5 sites. only 10 or so Handsets, EVERYONE else uses either android, iOS or web client.
As shown in the report attached (from a small section of a today) it shows the total calls to each location however "0/None" answered against each user. Except the "DECT' handsets.
This has taken some digging, but I can confirm only 'handsets' are reported as answering NOT the app users. The Call History/Log DOES show the users and taking calls and is acurate.
The client is wanting to know how many calls come in to each site and how many each user is taking in a day. They want to view the distribution across their sites as a whole to better understand the flows and ersource management of users/sites.
Why are the app users calls excluded? Is this a bug or are App users simply not considered in the reports?
Thanks in advance all.
