I'm experiencing what I believe to be the same issue as the thread below, users who have Ring My Mobile Simultaneously enabled are having internal calls fail to ring their mobile phone, in our voip providers log I see the caller id is the internal users extension i.e. 108 instead of the user or trunk outbound caller id.
According to our VOIP provider Flowroute's support the cause is most likely because the from number is using the internal extension. Per Yiannis' reply to the thread below this is a known issue so I was hoping to find out if it should have been resolved already or if there could be something else going on. We're on version 18.0 (Build 461) self hosted in the cloud with extensions connected via sbc.
