Ring on own extensions & Forward calls to external toll free with 5 users at the same time

We are a business with 10 users in our own office and We need the calls to be ringing on both our own extensions as well as the forwarded number simultaneously. Calls landing after that the 10 users to our own users should be forwarded to a different number with 5 users. Is there a way to make this happen?

if you need to forward calls to outside, you need to have enough free sip channels while a call need to be forwarded, also your 3CX licence needs to be with enough SC too.

set in each extension in mobile number field the number you want to forward to and tick "ring my mobile simultaneously"

How are you routing calls to those 10 users? If this is a ring group, then yes, the ring my mobile option will work. You can then create a second ring group as the busy destination, that will contain the 5, additional extensions. Is the "different" number (with the 5 members), internal or external?

Calls to first 10 users in our own office are own extensions and is routed through ring group. The 5 additional extensions that calls should be forwarded is an external number with a different provider.

Required setup :
Call rings -> Ring on own 10 extensions -> Once 10 extensions are busy on call, forward to external number with 5 extensions.

Ring groups have a Destination if no answer, I have not had to use that for an all busy situation, so I can't confirm this works, but I should think that if all members were busy, the call should go there. That could be an outside number, after which 3CX only passes on the call hand has no control how how it will be handled.
