Ring tones for external calls V20

setup ringtone for external calls

I tried, but it seems the 3cx doesn't accept any other than ringtone 3 for external incoming calls, can you please advise how come after so many upgrades of the 3cx we cannot choose which will be the ringtone for the external calls?

ringtone 3 on grandstream is loud and no one likes it

please tell me if there is any way to address that other then disable the provisioning on the phone so it will not change the ringtone?

If you open you user and go to the IP Phone tab, and scrol to the bottom of the screen, you can see the ringtones that you can choose for your device and then select it in drop down manue. Once you do it, you will then be able to reprovision your phone.
