Routing calls to HOL digital receptionist

Hello,
I'm struggling with Outside office hours call routing, can someone help me ?
I've setup working hours in Settings/Time zone & office hours and I configured a holiday for Xmass.
In inbound roule I selected "Play holiday promt" but I cant find a way to route calls "Outside Office hours" to the HOL extension in outbound rules.
What am I missing.

HOL IVR is bypassing usual hours settings so there's no difference if you're in OH or OOH, HOL IVR forward all the time to HOL Audio message.

The option to setup office hours for inbound rules is very useful.
