Howdy,

We've got our salesforce/3cx integration working without issues on our computers, but mobile is not working.

Our sales team have 3cx on their phones, and salesforce app.

When clicking on a number in salesforce, it uses the generic phone dialer and doesnt register the call against the account.

Is there a way we can make sf use 3cx on the phone, or more importantly register the call in sf (regardless of dialer)?

Any help appreciated.

(Apologies, i've hit the default system, not sure what I should enter there)

Hello Wayne,

Please note that mobile 3CX clients (Android / iOS) don't support CRM integration. This means that you will not have the contact popup when you receive an inbound call. However, Call Journaling is triggered from the 3CX server, so it will work for those calls too. You just need to be sure that you're making the calls with the 3CX client and not your regular mobile phone line. This is something you need to check in the mobile phone configuration.
